Our HEAL programs developing Healthy, Embodied, Agile Leadership bring together the tools of physical Zen training and the applied “flips” of The Zen Leader, with healthcare expertise and a focus on the issues facing healthcare leaders.
The next step towards building unshakable resilience. HEAL 2 is where we work at removing fear, first in ourselves and then helping others. We’ll trace the roots of fear and share several ways to overcome it, along with skills to resolve conflict, empower others and deepen relationships. You’ll also learn more advanced Zen techniques to work with your “shadow-side resistance” and its connection to fear, and how to “control the riot within” when faced with overwhelming situations.
Participants are asked to come with a leadership challenge to address during the program. They're also encouraged, though not required, to attend in colleague pairs to enhance application of learnings afterwards.
The program is set in a rich, experiential learning environment. No prior meditation or physical training experience is required.
This program qualifies for 25.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits, see flyer for details.
