Our HEAL programs developing Healthy, Embodied, Agile Leadership bring together the tools of physical Zen training and the applied “flips” of The Zen Leader, with healthcare expertise and a focus on the issues facing healthcare leaders.
The disruption of these times is nowhere more evident than in healthcare where systems and people are often at the brink of breakdown or burnout. This is where leadership matters greatly and leaders who are resilient, agile and wise can make a world of difference. The HEAL program develops and fortifies more of them.
Participants are asked to come with a leadership challenge to address during the program. They're also encouraged, though not required, to attend in colleague pairs to enhance application of learnings afterwards.
The program is set in a rich, virtual learning environment. No prior meditation or physical training experience is required.
Information & Venue: The program will be online. The program begins at 7pm on the first day and runs unto 12:00 pm on the last day. Mornings start early and run late -7am-9:30pm- with some open time in the afternoon to recharge.
Fee: Tuition is $545.00 for the program only.
