Our HEAL programs developing Healthy, Embodied, Agile Leadership bring together the tools of physical Zen training and the applied “flips” of The Zen Leader, with healthcare expertise and a focus on the issues facing healthcare leaders.
The disruption of these times is nowhere more evident than in healthcare where systems and people are often at the brink of breakdown or burnout. This is where leadership matters greatly and leaders who are resilient, agile and wise can make a world of difference. The HEAL (Healthy Embodied Agile Leadership) program develops and fortifies more of them.
Participants are asked to come with a leadership challenge to address during the program. They're also encouraged, though not required, to attend in colleague pairs to enhance application of learnings afterwards.
The program is set in a rich, experiential learning environment. No prior meditation or physical training experience is required
Teachers: Rebecca Ryan, IZL Board Chair, Heather Scobie, Ph.D., and Cindy Haq, M.D.
Schedule: This program will be held live online, starting at 7pm Thursday, October 22, running through Noon Sunday, October 25 (US CT)
Who can attend? Healthcare professionals who want to move beyond fear or exhaustion, who want to live and lead on purpose, and are willing to get out of their comfort zones to explore a greater experience of who they are. No previous meditation or physical training required.
Deposit: $150 - we are collecting deposits until we have enough registrations to ensure the program is a "go"
