This is where leadership matters greatly and leaders who are resilient, agile and wise can make a world of difference. The HEAL (Healthy Embodied Agile Leadership) program develops and fortifies more of them.
Participants are asked to come with a leadership challenge to address during the program. They're also encouraged, though not required, to attend in colleague pairs to enhance application of learnings afterwards.
The program is set in a rich, experiential online learning environment. No prior meditation or physical training experience is required.

Schedule: This program will be held live online, starting at 7pm Thursday, October 21st, running through Noon Sunday, October 24th (US CT). The program is scheduled in blocks throughout the weekend, carefully balanced with time for instruction, meditation, movement and screen-free time.
Who can attend? Healthcare professionals who want to move beyond fear or exhaustion, who want to live and lead on purpose, and are willing to get out of their comfort zones to explore a greater experience of who they are. No previous meditation or physical training required.
